Trust at NPTCL
How we protect your visits, your orders and the details you share with NPTCL — and how to tell a genuine NPTCL product or message from a fake one.
NPTCL uses practical technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect the information you submit through our websites. Access to customer information is limited to the people and service providers who need it to run our store, answer your messages, ship orders or support a registered product.
Orders are processed by our commerce and payment providers, who handle card details on certified payment infrastructure. NPTCL never stores your full card number, and we will never ask you to send complete card details, passwords or verification codes by email, chat or a support message.
Brand protection
Protect your sound and your investment. Counterfeit products can imitate our appearance, but they cannot match NPTCL engineering, safety standards or support.
Counterfeit microphones can introduce ground hiss, radio interference and flat sound that ruins recordings.
Uncertified batteries and poor components may overheat or fail, putting connected equipment at risk.
Counterfeit products are not eligible for our 18-month VIP warranty extension or technical support.
Use a unique password for any account linked to your purchase, turn on two-step verification where your provider offers it, and never share verification codes. Treat any message that creates urgency, asks for a password or payment detail, or sends you to an unfamiliar domain as suspicious — check with us first.
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting an NPTCL website, account or customer information, tell us the affected page, what you observed and clear steps to reproduce it. Please do not include passwords, complete payment details or another person’s private information, and give us reasonable time to fix an issue before sharing it publicly. We do not run a paid bug bounty, but we do acknowledge every valid report.
